How download credits work
Credits reset to your full allowance on every billing date.
Every sample in the Loophole feed shows its licence type before you download. No surprises, no legal grey areas.
Royalty Free samples are cleared for any commercial use the moment you download them. Use in beats, releases, sync placements, and major label projects — no clearance required, ever. No streams threshold. No obligations.
Included on all paid plans
These samples are free to use as an independent artist. Clearance is only required if your track surpasses 1 million cumulative streams or is released through a major label. Below that threshold you owe nothing and can release freely. If your track does blow up — congratulations, you can afford to clear it.
Included on all paid plans
Licence Required samples must be cleared with the creator before any commercial release. Download to preview and work with in your DAW — but contact the creator and arrange a licence before you release anything publicly. The creator's profile and contact info are shown before download.
